Airex Piping System
AirRex® is the first plastic piping assembly designed expressly for aeration service. It is available as a kit. The modular concept in combination with the revolutionary, patentpending, connection and the specially designed supports allow fast installations at low costs. | AirRex® can be retrofitted into basins equipped with fine bubble aeration to increase efficiency and yield a reasonable payback as well as older, coarse bubble installations. New installations will be the lowest cost high efficiency diffuser system available. | The AirRex® piping system is optionally equipped with a 3/4″NPT or BSP female thread. The OTT MAGNUM® tube and the OTT D-REX® disc diffuser as well as a disc diffuser from other manufacturers can be easily mounted on the D-REX® piping system by using adapters. |

Standard Diffuser
Like all OTT tube diffusers, STANDARD2 incorporates patented engineering features including an integrated air channel for uniform air flow distribution along the diffuser’s length and a membrane mounting ridge ensuring secure and wrinkle-free membrane positioning.
STANDARD2 diffusers are installed quickly and easily on rectangular headers with 40 or 45 mm (1.57“ or 1.77“) diameter outlet openings. They are installed in pairs using double-threaded connectors available in engineering plastic PP-GF, VA-grade stainless steel or brass. | STANDARD2 diffusers can also be installed on round headers with 20 mm (0.79“) diameter outlet openings. A saddle-contoured adapter ensures secure mounting. These rugged adapters provide reliable service at high operating temperatures along with outstanding resistance to formic acid. | STANDARD2 tube diffusers are available from stock in effective lengths of 500, 750 and 1000 mm (19.69“, 29.53“ and 39.37“). Custom lengths, e.g. for trailer-mounted treatment units or MBR modules, can be fabricated in exact accordance with your specifications. |
Magnum Tube Diffuser
The MAGNUM® diffuser is ideal for cost-efficient realization of air supply piping and diffuser installation.
Available in overall lengths up to 2200 mm (86.61“), MAGNUM® provides extremely high membrane surface area in a single
diffuser. The overall membrane surface area required can therefore be realized with minimum installation time and air piping
costs. Like all OTT tubular diffusers, MAGNUM® is equipped with patented engineering features including an integrated end to-
end air channel and a wrinkle-free membrane mounting ridge.
MAGNUM® diffusers can be installed on rectangular or round headers with 30 mm or 38 mm (1.18“ or 1.50“) outlet openings. We offer connectors for DN 80, 100 and 125 mm (3.15“, 3.94“ and 4.92“) diameter round headers and 80, 100 and 120 mm (3.15“, 3.94“and 4.72“) rectangular headers. | We offer stainless-steel-free mounting hardware for installation on AirRex® headers. All mounting components are made from engineering resin PP-GF and therefore suited for operating temperatures up to 120°C (248°F) and fully resistant to formic acid. | MAGNUM® diffusers are available in lengths of 1200, 1700 and 2200 mm (47.24“, 66.93“ and 86.61“). Custom lengths in accordance with your exact specifications can be supplied on request. |
D-rex Disc Diffuser
D-REX® 9“ disc diffusers offer maximum performance and durability at an attractive price. D-REX® incorporates design features ensuring efficient and uniform aeration over a wide range of air througputs. Our premium membrane materials FLEXNORM® and FLEXLON® provide workhorse reliability even in demanding wastewaters. headers. | D-REX® disc diffusers can be installed on round or rectangular headers. Connector options are available for installation on ¾“ internal or external threading. D-REX® disc diffusers are 100% stainless-steel free for outstanding corrosion resistance. The customizable membrane perforation is engineered to provide a uniform and smooth bubble pattern over a broad range of air throughputs. Due to their outstanding efficiency, D-REX® 9“ disc diffusers can be used as a cost efficient 1-to-1 replacement of existing conventional 12“ disc diffusers |
